Sound

As a group we decided that we would have two different pieces of music being played in our film opening and at different times. One whilst Lyle is getting ready and hiding the Tottenham memorabilia and another at the end when we appear round the alley way corner and walk towards the camera. After searching for a few days we finally found two songs that we could use, this was hard to find because we had to use from a website called http://audio.lgfl.org.uk/ which is a copyright free website. The two songs we chose to use were 'Jet Stream' and 'Touch me'

We also found a couple of problems whilst trying to put in the music, we need to reduce the volume of the song whilst Lyle was speaking, however we did not have the technology in school to do this properly so i thought that we could use different levels, Audio 2 and Audio 3, Audio 2 was used for the normal volume, and Audio 3 was a lot quieter, so when the characters were speaking we would have a lower volume on the music and then raise it again when they stopped speaking, we used fades on the music so it also sounded better.

We also realised that the doorbell used was not loud enough so we went on a website called http://www.freesound.org/ where we found a distant doorbell so we chose to used this one.

Overall i am happy with the music that we chose and i feel it will be extremely effective.
